It's too choppy, can I make the video play without stopping or stuttering?
Choppiness or stuttering can be caused by many factors. It could be that your network can't receive
all the information fast enough, or your computer may not be able to keep up with the video as it is
received. In either case there is no quick fix. The best suggestion is to download the video and
play it from your desktop. This should keep the video from playing choppy and allow you to view the video
in it's highest quality.

It doesn't look right. Why is the video appear so blocky and blurry?
The quality of the video is due in large part to two things:
Problem 1. Your computer is too slow. Unfortunately there is not much that can be done. You will benefit from watching the video
at normal size or possibly by making it smaller by clicking on the a little smaller
link above. If the screen seems to small you can try to adjust your monitor settings so it
appears larger on the screen, contact your tech support to help you with this.
Problem 2. Your connection is too slow. Try to download the video and see if this helps at playback time with the level of quality.
